  • Joining my health club again tomorrow!!

    Hello all

    Hope you are all well.

    I am really excited as I am going to join my health club again tomorrow. It's a really friendly little club with aerobics studios, a huge gym and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

    My plan is to take my daughter swimming twice a week - she has lessons already but needs to practice/play other times and then to go to the gym twice a week - they have a really reasonably priced creche (£2 an hour).

    So far, I have not done exercise since my c-section but am certainly feeling reasy and enthusiastic.

        Don't get me wrong, I am not looking forward to getting in a swimming costume but figure that I will be swimming with other new mums who probably don't have perfect figures either. It's a friendly place, I wouldn't like to go to a poser palour like my husband's gym

          Awwwwwwwwwwwww hun, that sounds like a good idea.

          Well I made it to the Force gym this morning. I got up at 5.30 am and was in the gym at 6.15 am and I really enjoyed it. I then had a shower and did my hair at work and I was still made it to work for 7.45.

          I think I will definitely stick to this routine as i'm a morning person and even tho I was up early, it never bothered me at all.

          If I was going after work then I know I wouldn't stick to it, cos I just like to get home after being at work all day and chilling out.

          I think the key is building it into your daily routine, so it doesn't feel like a chore.

              To be honest, I think if we do something that is fun and part of our daily routine without it feeling like a chore, then we will stick to it and it won't feel like an effort or something we HAVE to do!
