  • Dang it All!!

    Well I attempted to start this WOE 2 days ago and I have already slipped up
    I am not giving up!! This time I will not give in either! It's right back on track for me today. I am giving myself a challenge....to be cheat free for the next week . I am also going to attempt to do some form of physical activity daily, even if it is only a walk. Start small and stay focused!! Here's to a great week. Im off to my TOPS meeting now. Thanks for listening.

    Been there...........

    You can do it. Be cheat-free TODAY. Drink a ton of water. Good idea about the small walks! Post early and often on this forum, and pm a buddy if you feel like it.

    Re-read all of the stickies on this forum - that's always a motivator for me! I'm sending positive thoughts your way!
