I agree! Totally treat yourself, but not with food! Personally, time to myself is such a luxury whether I choose to read a book or sit in the hot tub.

That is so true- I am going to do it tonight. Thank you all for your help and I will probably continue to need it. Have a great day.

YOU CAN DO IT SARA!!!!! It's an old cliche but nothing tastes as good as feeling slim feels. The only thing that bran will do is make you crave more carbs (I know, I've been there and fell off the wagon by eating All Bran when someone told me about Southbeach).

If you get bored, go up the OWL ladder - you can always do what I'm doing and stick to 20g carbs.

        Good luck x

What zarabelle's doing (correct me if I'm wrong, Z) is known as Modified OWL... it is extended induction while climbing the ladder rungs.

Re: I am thinking of trying South Beach...has anyone tried it before?

              Hello again

Yep, Cleo's spot on. I am climbing the OWL rungs whilst sticking to 20g. I therefore get to have a large variety of foods but stay in deep ketosis so am never hungry and continue to burn fat fast (hopefully).

I find it much easier to stick to the rules when I know in a few weeks, I can have some raspberries or whatever.

              You should try it x
