  • What's for dinner tonight?

So, fellow STACies, what's your Friday night plan?

Over here it's plain old chicken wings with Crystal hot sauce and a bowl of salad with ranch dressing.

I do my usual sodium platter for dinner, but I am making burritos for everyone else! Still lower in carbs, but the sour cream drives my cravings NUTS! I stay away from it when possible.

I had a summer squash casserole.

And some yummy homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert!

I had courgettes (zuccchini) topped with cheese (and tabasco) and some tomatoes (1/4 tin), onions, mushrooms, bacon and garlic on the side. It sounds wierd but it was delicious!!
