I am with you on the scale addiction - I myself am a 1 time a day addict. In the morning.
If I have lost or stayed the same it makes for a good day & God forbid I gain b/c things turn ugly.......

aja - really? That doesn't happen to me. I only count the lowest weight in a week. I attribute any fluctuations to water weight.......so I just am fascinated by the differences over the course of the day.
