  • One down!

    Thats one whole day down and I am now one day closer to ketosis.

    Water and food are all prepared for tomorrow. A trip to Curves after work tomorrow and a visit to the grocery store I will be thru day two and ready for that appetite suppression to come any time it would like to. The sooner the better as far as I am concerned.

    I am making changes this time. No splenda, heavy cream or cream cheese. Im keeping it very simple. Even giving up the coffee. Im pretty sad about that but I can always add it back in later if I want and see how it works out then.

    Im making this my induction journal for the time being to keep accountable to STAC and myself.

    Good for you! I need to stay away from the cream cheese & cream at this point also. Keep checking in, it really helps me stay on track too.

        Meals packed.

        Joined the Monday everybody challenge, gotten a few things done on it already!

        Day 2 of strict induction for me. (Sept 12)

        Off to work. Will check in later this afternoon after work, Curves and grocery shopping.

        I also have begun Dr Phils book. So far it is a good read.

                4AM???? <shivers> Nope I get up at 5 on work days. That is plenty early for me!

                Day 2
                Water: 80 oz down and working on another 20
                Supps: Done
                Exercise: Curves and a walk around the grocery store parking at the far end.
                Food: 7AM Scoop of tuna.... 9AM jicama stix..... 10AM 8 olives..... 11:30 cucumber slices, small tomato, pepperoni slices........ 3P 1 oz of pepperjack cheese..... 4P sliced chicken w/cauliflour. I have more cheese and olives in the fridge for later on to get me thru the evening.

                Come on appetite suppression! I wasnt tempted to cheat all day. I did dig right into that chicken when I got home at 4 though as I was really hungry and thinking...... cake. Didnt eat it and the chicken did it for me but just for good measure I came here to post in case I was tempted.

                    scoop of crabmeat for breakfast
                    jicama sticks
                    caesar salad for lunch
                    olives
                    2 slices of pepperjack cheese for an afternoon snack
                    80 oz of water to be consumed at work

                        WTG Terry - you are way more organized than I... I have to say that this time around is really hard! Harder to get organized, to fit in the water and exercise (although I started martial arts 2x a week and I am having a Blast!! And sweating a ton) and harder to resist all the other stuff... boo hoo for me ... I better cut out the whining!
                        Think I'm going to do some cooking on Sundays for the week...

                        Wierd on the time, your post today shows 3:56 AM... that is the time on the upper left corner?

                          Not sure about the time thing shedding........... a setting of yours maybe?

                          Breakfast: scoop of crab
                          Snack: 8 olives
                          Lunch: Caesar Salad
                          Snack: 2 slices pepper jack cheese
                          Supps........... yes
                          Water: so far 90 ounces, may get that last 10 in this evening
                          No exercise (Had to stuff what ended up to be 200 envelopes after work and am now headed for a dinner meeting)
                          Dinner is at a buffet......... they usually have roast beef, roast pork and fish there on Tues nights so Im all set for eating.

                          Home in time for Rockstar with DD tonight and my day will be done!

                            Breakfast: scoop of tunafish
                            Snack: cucumber slices
                            Lunch: chefs salad
                            snack: 7 olives
                            Dinner is .... about to come out of the oven: Chicken with some broccoli
                            Will have cheese later on for a snack this evening.
                            Water: 90 oz and 10 (plus 2 from the challenge) to go.
                            Supps: Yep
                            Exercise: Im planning a quick basic walk. TOM showed up today with a vengeance and curves was way out of the question.
                            I need to add sleep to my list I think. My butt is dragging from over extending myself. So I plan on getting to bed by 9 tonight. Nice and early. With a little help from my friend Tylenol PM.

                              Breakfast: small salad with turkey and cheese
                              Snack.......... never gave it a thought
                              Lunch: Caesar Salad
                              Dinner: Hamburger
                              Water: 90 oz
                              Supps; yep
                              Exercise: Curves
                              Bed by 9:15 with the aid of some tylenol PM. Full moon is coming.

                              The appetite suppression is coming on. Still had thoughts of a sweet craving today but not more than I could stand. Sure wish I didnt like sugar. OR chocolate. Or food in general.
