1. Eating frequently. A MAXIMUM of every 3 hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.. Something high in fat and with protein.
2. Spreading our carbs out over the course of the day (minimum from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.)
3. Drinking a minimum of 80 oz of water.
4. Doing one nice thing for ourselves today.
5. Reaching out to one other person in STACked today to give moral support and encouragement.
