On Mondays and Weds. I do pilates at 7PM for an hour and get home at 8:30, which is too late to eat.
I get home from work at 5.
If I eat a whole meal between 5 & 6:30, I get too full & gassy during the class, which isn't fun when trying to do situps!!!!!! "

I asked my instructor what SHE eats before class. YOGURT. That is no help, obviously.
Has anyone dealt with this issue, or do you have any suggestions? I usually eat breakfast the next day around 7AM.
