Ok. Gather 'round. Time for the Tuesday commitment. Please post an "i'm in" to indicate you are going to participate.
We will:
1. Eat a minimum of every 3 hours. Something high in fat and with protein.
2. Drink a minimum of 1 oz more than we did yesterday.
3. Choose a positive mantra (ex: "I am succeeding at this!" or "Day by day, I am becoming leaner, stronger, and more disciplined")
4. Repeat the mantra at LEAST 5 times during the course of the day.
5. Reach out to another STACked member via pm or in a post.
6. Do one nice thing for ourselves (ex: hot bubble bath, favorite tv show, foot rub (you can do your own, you know!), slice of lemon in our icewater in an elegant glass, listen to a favorite song over and over again until we hate it)
