  • I forgot breakfast!!!

    I forgot to eat or grab a flax muffin before leaving the house!
    Got a cheesestick & some sunflower seeds here at work, guess they will have to do until lunch. Good thing I brought a GREAT lunch (pork loin w/ broccoli & mushrooms) so I think I'll just eat an early lunch.

        Yes. I agree. Totally eat something or the blood sugar is snickering waiting for you to reach for the donuts in the breakroom.

            Too bad a rat pooped in the cake!

            Did you know the FDA makes sure there are only a certain percentage of rat poop in foods that go through manufacturing plants?

            Things you've always wanted to know but were too smart to ask.

                I strive to be one of those people who "forget to eat" haha So far that has never happened in my life. Although Sunday when it got to dinner time I just was more tired than hungry to I had a snack and went to bed instead of eating a full dinner.

                  Go you! That's what we are supposed to do! If we're tired... nap, sleep, rest! Being overtired is a precursor to making bad food choices.

                    Boy, I forget to eat now more than ever. I get busy and I am never really hungry anymore with Atkins. Before Atkins, I could eat all day long and still be hungry. Now, I have to remind myself to eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course, the snacks.

                        I never was a breakfast person, so it's a challenge for me to make myself eat breakfast. Of course I never skip lunch or dinner.

                        How many of you think that we eat our meals just out of habit or feeling like we are "supposed to" eat? I know I do. Although on Atkins, I know it's important to eat regular meals thruout the day. I'm working on it!

                          I know what you mean, I am so satisfied with my mid day meal (I rarely do breakfast) that some days I can't eat supper at all. Me eating 1 to 2 meals a day? Too funny!
