    Hello

    I have my best friend from school days and her two boys visiting this afternoon which will be nice. Hope she doesn't mind the lack of biscuits!

    Got a couple of chick flicks to watch tonight (hubby is still away on business).

    Off to the gym again tomorrow.

    Good morning!

    I didn't post yesterday afternoon because it was lousy and I ended up going to sleep at around 9. Utterly exhausted and pissed off at my two older kids (ages 20 and 1.
    I'll write more about this later, if it doesn't get better - not going to waste my a.m. check-in kvetching about two selfish, self-centered, nasty people.

    Suffice it to say that I am hoping today will be a good day. I know work will be fine - it's a half day and we have staff development in the afternoon, which I tend to enjoy. It's when I come home that I dread......but I'll think positive thoughts!

    It doesn't help that the scale isn't moving, though that usually doesn't bother me. This morning I got up, stood on the scale, and thought "well, I may never hit onederland. If I don't stop vaccilating between 200 and 202, I'll......." and then I thought "I'll WHAT?" ANd then I thought "I'll stay between 200 and 202. That's all. And if you are 200 and can wear a size FOURTEEN, which I CAN, how bad is that right now?" So then I got off the scale and said to myself "shut up". And reminded myself that it is what SIZE I wear (down from 1 that counts, slapped myself silly, and went to get a cup of coffee. lol

    My mantra for today is "I am only able to control myself." (not the adult kids, not the scale.....lol)

        My Wednesday is so far so good. Had to be up early, which was not fun. I am so not a morning person, but I'm eating some yummy brekkie muffins. I've got my water. I've got my day planned out, and succeeded in exercising yesterday, so I have a positive outlook for exercise today.

          Well, I brought my laptop into school to get it fixed. I'm hoping that they'll be able to backup the data onto my desktop this afternoon. If not, i'm in a heap-o-trouble! Other than that, been alright. today is going to be work work work, then class, then more work.

            Knicknack, I hope you get your data retrieved from your laptop. I know how you feel. My harddrive crashed on my laptop a few weeks ago but luckily I was able to retrieve the data onto an external harddrive.

            Today is not going good for me either. It is my TOM and I am having terrible headaches. I had them a couple of days ago too. I is always a sure sign that my TOM is coming. Well, now it is here and I have the headaches back full bore. I better pop a few more motrin in. I hope everyone elses day is going better.

              Hope you all had a lovely day!

              I'm still cheat free ~ I'm just trying NOT to think about food, just eating ham, eggs, cheese and veggies. Not feeling very hungry to be honest. Not having "Meals" as such just having a nibble when i'm hungry.

              Still at the gym for 6.15am and i'm really enjoying it. Still drinking my water but still struggling with my 2 ltrs a day.

              Found out today that a guy I work with is also doing Atkins. Told him about ADBB and going to send him the link.

              So how is everyone else getting on?

                  A little late checking in here. Been a busy day here tending to the bf that has the flu. Hoping that it doesn't come my way. Seems to be going around here.

                  I just got done baking " Raspberry Flax Seed Meal Muffins" the recipe is down in the Other forum in the Food forums. Boy are they good.
