It's late - shoulda posted last night, but didn't. So start whenever you see this!
Gather round. We're all gonna commit - post an "I'm in" to show you are participating.
Today we will:
1. Eat every 3 hours, minimum
2. Drink 2 more oz than we did yesterday (for me, that's 82)
3. Do one nice thing for a total stranger.
4. Choose a mantra (can be the same as yesterday, or a new one) and repeat it at LEAST 6 times during the course of the day.
5. Reach out to a fellow STACked member.
6. Go to fitday.com or mybodycomp.com and look at our progress so far this time around. Then give ourselves a pat on the back.
