Anyone up for an exercise challenge?
I need to focus in on this part a little more. I was doing so good, but have gotten a little lazy with it. My first goal is to do atleast 30 minutes of exercise no less than 4 times per week. I'd like to start reporting exercise back here with my STAC buddies.

. I started yesterday with tracking my exercise. I go from Monday to Sunday. Atleast 4 times per week. Its our own personal goals, but we can start an exercise check in thread each day (used to be one a while back) and report our progress. "I did X amount of exercise today" or something like that.
