  • EVERYBODY'S Thursday commitment

    Gather round! Gather round! Post an "i'm in" if you are going to participate.

    We will:

    1. Eat a MINIMUM of every 3 hours during the day.

    2. Drink 1 more oz of water than yesterday.

    3. Repeat our chosen mantra AT LEAST 7 times during the day.

    4. Create something of beauty (don't spazz. I mean paint your toenails, put a new pillowcase on a pillow, arrange your plate in an attractive way, buy a flower, spray air freshener in a room, repot a plant, pluck your eyebrows, give someone a kiss)

    5. Do one nice thing for someone else - someone you know, or a total stranger.

    6. Notice something you don't ordinarily notice: (the blueness of the sky, the sun shining on tree leaves, a squirrel, someone doing a good thing....)

          Its 9PM here and my first time on today.

          I committed even though I wasnt here to do so!! Honest!!

          And I do believe I managed to do all on your list.............. well all but #6 and at this point in my day.... it aint gonna happen as I am headed for bed asap. But Ill do it tomorrow!
