I started Atkins 5/31 of this year. I did it for two months and lost 23 pounds. For the last month and a half I have just been eating low calorie. I have stayed at the same weight, and have now added in working out (which I didn't do on atkins before, but now have time for) I have been feeling really crappy since eating carbs again, and want to go back to atkins. I know I won't have as much of a loss in the beginning as I did before (8 lbs in 2 wks) but will I still see a good weight loss with working out and atkins? Thank u for any advice!!!

Re: restarting. will i lose weight???
We have absolutely no clue. It depends on your body. It's taken me almost 12 weeks to lose 18 lbs. It took Cleochatra about 2 weeks to lose that amount.
Check out the sticky entitled "Slow Scales the Second Time Around" - it tells you all WE know so far!!!!!
But no matter what, restart! Join us!Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

Re: restarting. will i lose weight???
Thats the same reason I had to start again, was because I started feeling really bad and low on energy. But now I am dealing with induction flu so things are sucking a little. But I am glad to be back. I have been told by most that your weight loss will not be as big on your inductuion as it was the first time around. Keep us up to date on how things are going.
