So, here I am...thinking how slow it's been this time around, right?
I hopped on the scale this a.m. and it told me, after almost THREE
weeks, that I was FINALLY at #150! That's okay...especially when you
consider that I am one of those lazy dieters! So, I can accept that...
at least I am losing SOMETHING...right?

I do induction during the week
...ALOT of eggs and meat
...not as much veggies as I am supposed to have
(My bearded dragon eats more veggies than I do!)
...not NEARLY enough water
...too much diet pepsi
...alot of regular unsweetened iced tea
AND....
I have a cheat day every weekend (I've had some beer, some pizza..
and that D A M N deep fried Twinkie at the NY State Fair!)
After seeing that I had reached #150 this a.m., I decided to go check
my measurements! After adding them up...I almost fell over!
18.5 inches! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
What a way to stay motivated...now if only I could drink all
that yucky water, huh?
