Day 9 - Still in Ketosis

As some of you may know, I fell off the wagon yesterday at the company outing. I took your advice (thank you) and picked myself up, dusted myself off and continued.

This evening my test strip showed that I was still in ketosis. Happy Happy. Joy Joy....and the inudction goes on. It'll be a breeze to reach day 14.
