Well today I officially start over! I have myself a lovely carb good-bye party yesterday and had my fill of all my favourites. Today I'm eating right and drinking my water.
. Blew it a bit by eating hot-dogs (no buns or fixings just the dogs) but the protein, veggies, and fat feel SOOOOOOO much better then all those carbs.
I hereby committ to the following:
No more cheating, struggles or slips.
I will drink 100 to 120 oz of water per day
I will walk my dogs 3 to 5 nights a week
I will walk up one flight of stairs at work 2 or 3 times week.
I will take my supplements and my meds every day!
I will check my blood sugar levels every day.
I will stay on induction for the next two weeks then start OWL
I will not miss meals.
I will log my food daily in Fitday
I will say "no" to sugar in all its many forms.
I will make it to "Two"terville and leave the 300's behind forever!
