The coffee and three splendas are most problematic.
Caffeine causes blood sugar to do the whoopsiefwoopsie, and is generally frowned upon in induction. The three splendas just used up your artifical swettner allowance for the day!
So, unless you know for a fact that caffeine does not hamper your weight loss nor cause cravings, you could proceed with caution...but the Splendas in one sitting could be a killer, too, to your bloodstream.
Be really careful.
The eggs look nummo! I love 'em! Don't forget your 3 cups veg today (taken from the induction list), and if you're EVAH in doubt, go to fitday.com and plug in your foods. You want a fat/protein/carb ratio of roughly 65%/30%/5%
Don't do salad for dinner (too many carbs without the fat/protein will make you hungry)! Do salad WITH dinner, or break it up to be two small salads during the day with other meals with high fat, high protein.
Chop up a hard-boiled egg and toss it in your salad. It's numm-o!
Can you make those 3 eggs for breakfast into an omelette? Add some cheese, and/or veggies like mushrooms, etc.
And a salad for dinner is definately a no-no unless it is a chicken caesar salad or something. Gotta get some protein in there. Not to mention the fact that a meal consisting only of carbs is gonna give you cravings for more carbs later on in the evening.......
