    Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooo

Put down the packet and back away s-l-o-w-l-y and no one gets hurt.

What are the ingredients in the gravy packet? I'll bet there's some mighty bad stuff in it, and isn't worth you getting cravings! Let's see some of those ingredients.

Hey, instead of using gravey that's really really not carb friendly, why not use an onion soup mix instead. Lipton makes a great Low Carb onion soup mix, and there's a few other's out there that are maybe one or two carbs more then Lipton brands. I use them all the time for flavor and save the juices and just "dip" my meat in the juices...oh, it's just sooo wonderful. I'm drooling thinking about it.

Then there's my favorite, well, my family's favorite too...pork roast & sourcrout. Same thing with the onion soup mix, and then about 10 mins before dinner, while you're setting the table, and the sourcrout to the crock pot to heat it up.

Make yourself some fauxtaters and you've got a great side dish.

Note: fauxtaters are excellent in very much a controlled side dish for Induction (see the book for cauliflower details) and really great to add for OWL rung 1.
