    as far as i know, i just made this up...


    spoon full of low sugar or natural peanut butter... about 4 drop of liquid sucralose... about a half a spoon full of cocoa powder. mix.

    eat warm or refridgerate.

    Good idea. The Halloween season is creeping around the corner. I used to love buying those big bags of candy which I announced was for "Halloween" then snarfing them all myself. lol...

    It seems funny to me now. I wasn't just a compulsive eater, I was a liar and a sneak.

    And you can bet I didn't waste my time on any crappy candy corn. It had to be the good stuff...the chockolate stuff.

    Thank the goddess for Atkins. Now the thought of buying a bag of candy bars seems absolutely insane.

    Nevertheless, I'd probably better investigate some low carb candy recipes just in case. A product called Carb Options has a low carb peanut butter made with Splenda. 3g net carbs for 2 tablespoons.

      Carb options peanut butter is da bomb....its made by Skippy yanno..but everytime I have a tsp, it sets off choc cravings in me ugh

          I'll have to try that, peanut butter cups is my favorite.

              Sounds good but isn't for induction right? We can't have natural pb right, oh how I wish we could!!!! I would have celery and pb for breakfast every morning!!!!!! When I was maintaining before I ate that for breakfast! yummy
