    Hi everyone!

    For Wednesday, I will either do my 2 Mile WATP video or walk outside for 30 minutes.

    What about my exercise buddies? Anyone is welcome to join in.

    GO FOR IT GIRLFRIEND!!!

    I did 40 mins cardio in the gym. Half killed me today for some reason but I did it!

    Next exercise - swimming with my daughter on Friday and hopefully I will fit in another gym session over the weekend.

        2.5 mile walk, 20 min of situps and crunches and stuff.

        I'm so sore from yesterday though, egads. You should see me trying to get into my car. I grab the top of the car and swing myself in and then just drop. That way I do'nt have to bend my legs! It's terrible. *grin*

          Great job Knicknack! I got my 30 min walk outdoors yesterday. It was nice, cool and breezy.

            I walked for an hour at an incline of five, 3 miles, and, according to the treadmill for my weight, 970 calories. And trust me...I felt EACH one.
