    something to be excited about!!

    alright, i know i've sort of been MIA lately. life has been a little upside down. but i just wanted to share that this morning i stepped on the scale for the first time in a few weeks and i'm down 3 lbs!! i would just like to say that despite all the stress in my life right now, i did not EAT my way through it. amazing! i am just so happy on this wol and i didn't even think to start packing my face with junk! so i just thought i would share. this board is great! happy friday everyone!!!
    Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
    Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
    Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
    New Goal Weight: 135
