    Why Is This Happening????

    I really don't mean to be crude, but I have diarrhea after each meal except breakfast. Is is the water? I don't have a sick feeling or anything, just have to go.

    Whatcha think?

      are you eating anything different? I always have that problem if i eat sugar...

          No, basically I've been eating the same things. Well, maybe it's just that I'm not use to drinking so much water with my meals. I feel fine so it's no big deal.

          I guess maybe I was wanting someone to tell my that's a sign of a 5lb woosh coming on. ha ha .

              I've been on a re-start, monday is 2 weeks. Everytime I have to go #2, it's been diarrea. I think it is the change in my diet, and maybe the flax supplement I take daily. Maybe our metabolisms are speeding up??

                  Maybe your right our metabolisms are speeding up. That just sounds wonderful!! I feel great have lots of energy. Also feel really clear headed light I am out of the fog. I guess it was a carb fog, who knows!
