Thanks, I'm back on the extended induction.. I just got lazy. I didnt go way out of bounds, but I'm not happy about not losing anymore. I was feeling great and full all day yesterday, so I feel like I'm back on track. I need the book though so I can continually refer back to the book!! I read it once but it obviously didnt stick! LOL
