It has suddenly dawned on me that I am not really craving my old favourites anymore - potatoes, bread, beer etc.! Last time I did Atkins, I constantly missed these foods/drinks - I think I ate too many frankenfoods??
I am going on holiday next month and honestly think I can stick to the program whilst I'm away. I read that you can switch the maintenance for a week (in DANDR) so you stay in control and hopefully don't put weight on.
Do you still crave those carbs??
