    Hi everyone

    Hope you are well.

    My baby daughter is still not well today but thankfully slept through the night last night after having some medicine.

    I had to cancel my gym session for yesterday and tomorrow as she can't go to the creche when she's ill. I'm hoping by Thursday she may feel better and I can go for a workout then.

    It's a cold but sunny day here - we may venture out for a walk in to town later - I'm sure the fresh air will do us both good.

    Good morning! Glad your daughter slept through the night, Z. That'll do her a world of good - and you!

    Times like these are when life gets in the way of exercise. But taking a walk is a good alternative, if you can. And so is just planning for another day.

    I'm looking forward to today. After work we'll go work out. I didn't get to do that yesterday, either. What I'm really looking forward to is a nice sauna afterwards, lol.

    Other than that, I'm helping Cleo and Bug with Boot Camp, so I'll be busy over there.

      Have a great work out and sauna.

      We will definitely go out for a walk later. I have run out of flax so will walk to the health food shop LOL.

        better late than never I'm back after a good weekend away, with only minor hassles from dh and a pretty carb-free time.
        Everything was going so well until lunchtime.

          Just wanted to check in after having a long weekend off the board. It is hard for me to post from home and I was sick yesterday so did not come into work so I haven't posted since Friday.

          I do have good news though. At my weigh in this morning I saw a new low. 312.5 so I am down almost 10 pounds since I restarted about a month ago. Not bad considereing the big slip I had week before last and had to relose 5 pounds then lost another pound and half on top of that. It was funny I got back on plan last tuesday sticking pretty much to induction (below 20 carbs per day) and I told myself I would not weigh until monday so I would see a loss. Then thrusday TOM came and I new I would eventually lose 2 or 3 worth water anyway. Well I really hadn't had that spend every 15 minutes in the bathroom day yet before weighing in yesterday morning so I got 315. But then all morning long I spent every 15 minutes in the bathroom so after several hours of that I weighed again and it was 313 which was down a pound from even before the cheat weekend so I was happy. Then this morning I weighed again after I got up and went to the bathroom and before eating anything and it was 212.5. So I am happy with this weeks results I just need to really stick to it this month so I don't have that cheat weekend and gain when I get PMS again.

            and it was 212.5. That was 312.5. I wish it was 212!!!! LOL
