    Everything has changed!!

    Well everyone, I am back. After a year and a half hiatus, I am back home where I belong. I am just getting my bearings with this board and my sig might be totally off, but I'll get back on track here in the next few days.

    I was so happy when I found this board because of the simple fact that it is run BY THE BOOK.

    My first day in this up and down journey was September 25, 2003. I have met a lot of people who started and stopped, did things right and did things totally wrong, but having a solid support tool like this is the most valuable thing in the world.

    Sorry for the long post but I just wanted to say hello once again and look forward to giving as much support as I can as well as needing a little along the way.

      Welcome back! We are so happy when our friends return, we always keep the porch light on for everyone who goes away!

      It won't be no time and you'll be feeling great and back into the swing of things.

        Brook: I almost fell out of my chair to see that you were the first to reply, you probably don't remember but you were one of my biggest sources of inspiration to continue on back in 2003. I even commented one time at how wonderful your transformation was coming along. Now that I see the most recent pics, I AM DUMBFOUNDED AND SPEECHLESS. Great job and I hope to be able to show similar results in the future.

            Welcome back! I had a year off too (pregnant) and when I came back, all of my posts had been deleted so you're back to ADBB Amateur status again!!

            Look forward to speaking to you over the coming weeks/months etc.

                  Now you can runamuck with the rest of us and get caught up on your post #'s. (to some people, they are like gold. But sshhhhhh...I didn't tell you that).

                    From time to time the board has to be 'culled' by removing old threads as it begins to get unwieldy and slow.

                      Welcome back! You're gonna love tihs forum, because STACked is the coolest, most innovative, most supportive, funniest, goofiest, and most energized forum EVER! Plus, we're all very cute.

                      Now, read every single sticky on this forum, memorize them all, and we'll have a quiz for you on Friday. Unless we forget. But be prepared, just in case!

                        Siamese Attack Cats: 6 of them and dont underestimate the power they weild when let loose on people that disappear from the STAC forum. You must post frequently if you dont want them staring at you through each and every window of your house until you update the group. Fin will also send em out if you are faltering and cant seem to get up and stay with the program.

                        Just call them STAC's little incentives to help you to succeed at your goals.

                            No, I don't think I'll be going anywhere. It's good to be back home. It's funny how you get to know your body and what it's doing. The first time around I thought I was going to die from the induction flu. This time I feel the symptoms but I know how to remedy them and know that it's temporary.

                            It's also funny how you get this Atkins "fanatic" reputation among everyone you know. As soon as the company filed for bankruptcy the first thing out of everyone's mouth was "Eric, did you hear about your buddies going bankrupt?" (with the I told you so tone of voice). You would think I was a snake oil salesman or something.

                            Anyway thanks to all of you for welcoming me back and I hope to be able to be of assistance in any way I can.
