I can't wait to hear about it, Terry!

Well, the whoosh continued and this morning I weigh 197. So that's 3 lbs I have dropped. And I FEEL it. Inches must have come off, too.

Which reminds me, was this measuring week? I've lost track.......or is it next week? Someone tell me!

Half day of school today, and then the afternoon to do planning with other teachers, at last! I really thrive on co-planning, because the exchange of ideas is always exciting and challenging, so I'm looking forward to it.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Great job with your Whoosh FIN. Yes, this was measure in week. I just posted today. I forgot yesterday. I did lose another 3 inches.

I took today off from work to get prepared for my camping trip. We leave tomorrow morning. I need to do more grocery shopping and get my five Shelties ready to go. They love camping too. We have a motorhome, so it makes it very nice and comfortable for me. It is kind of like home away from home. Very relaxing. I still have satellite TV and I will have internet access where we are staying so I can keep in touch once in a while with STAC.

Fall is so beautiful...it makes me feel ALIVE ALIVE ALIVE!!!!!!!!

I made some serious decisions today....I am going to take a chance & get cortisone injections next week into my knees so I can work out more and perform better in "Godspell" in November/December. I really believe that with the right amount of weight loss I can circumvent any replacement surgery.

Any Josh Groban fans here? Here's a little Joshypoo to brighten your day. (hope it works!)

Chimin' in from Chicago too! Congrats on your whoosh, Finelly and good luck on your interviews, girly!
As for me, I'm on Day three, cheat free. Got up and did my 30 min. of cardio this morning too. The headaches are subsiding after waaayyy too long, and I'm feeling pretty good today. Wednesday's can be tough for me cause I work a twelve hour day, and we always order out for something off-limits. I came armed with plenty to eat and snack on today.

                Hi everyone

Had to go to the dentist today for a filling and I am only just gaining sensation in my mouth again! I was gasping for a glass of water but it just dribbled straight out again LOL. Am not feeling too hungry but may make some tomato soup for dinner as I love that.

Hubby went away on business again today.... ah well, I guess one of us has to work.

My daughter is a bit better today which is a relief.

                Have a nice day

                  Re: Wednesday Check In

Hi all. Well here we are at Wednesday. It's church night so it will be a busy one and a long one for me. Had a hard night with cravings last night but made it thru and did not eat anything off plan thank goodness!!!! May have eaten more than I should have but at least nothing off plan. Today is better not having any cravings but I did have caffine this morning. I try not to do caffine but once in a while I go someplace that has nothing I can drink but diet coke or tea. I'm hoping since it is only one small coke it won't have any effect on the weight loss. So today I have had 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 1 small diet coke, and a fajita chicken salad from On the Border with the tomatoes left off since I use the salsa for the dressing, and 40 oz of water so far. Plan to try to get another 40 oz of water before leaving work today. I felt a little swollen still this morning maybe from the antihistimines so I am going to push the water to try to get rid of the swollen feeling in the mornings. For dinner tonight since I had a big salad for lunch I will probably have a bacon burger or a chili burger (no bun of course) from home and off to church.

My meeting is over with and after cleaning up around the house this evening we are getting ready to head for senior pics tomorrow afternoon. Can you say "Ca Ching"? Seniors times two is expensive! I just may have some nice photos to share when they come in and I get them scanned.

Im tired. Think I am headed for bed early. My throat feels kind of funny and when I yawn I can feel it in the side of my neck and ear. I sure dont need a cold or anything else right now.
