    Morning all

    It's a sunny but chilly morning today.

    My daughter seems much better today which is a relief. Hopefully it will mean I can go back to the gym (and her creche) next week.

    I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a couple of frankfurters for breakfast, will have a flax bread sandwich for lunch (probably tuna mayo) and low carb soup for dinner.

    Got a bit of housework to do and will try to make it in to a workout!

    Hiya!

    Gonna be a long day today, as we have Open House at our school this evening.

    I've got food packed, water, but I'm so SLOW this morning I can't even figure out whether to get dressed first, or do makeup! (Notice I did get to the board before anything else, lol - that's habit for ya!)

      Good Morning Everyone Going to be a bleak, rainy day today so no getting out at lunchtime for a walk. Will probably go to supermarket and replenish my salad veggies.

      Zara...glad your daughter is better

      Fin...I know what you mean about a long day...today is double job day for me. I go right from one to the other and won't get home until 10:15 or so.

      I have all my meals with me so I'm good to go!

        Hey Zara, glad your little one is feeling better; my youngest woke up throwing up (oh, joy) so I am home from work today.
        Staying home presents it's own challenge for me — so many temptations around the house and I'm low on "legal" foods. When H gets home, I'm going shopping and will load up on legal food.
        The bonus is, I have NO EXCUSE not to do some exercise today. I'm also tackling a lot of house cleaning, which can be a workout too!( Hey, you haven't seen my house! LOL.)

          Well, I am back on track after having my life disrupted so badly last week with Rita. I should be back in ketosis by this afternoon and I am going to the gym tonight.

          I had some egg salad for breakfast and I have some leftover pork ribs for lunch. Dinner is a small portion of spaghetti using the Dreamfield's pasta and a salad. I tried the Dreamfield's twice and stayed in ketosis and didn't have any weird cravings or hunger, so I plan on having it every so often for some variety. I searched all the threads and discovered people had various reactions to it, so I guess it just depends on your own metabolism.

              Checking in.

              It is my favorite kind of day in Cleveland...60 degrees with low hanging dark clouds, but patches of bright autumnal blue.

              Makes me feel all zingy inside!

              I'm going to a friend's house for dinner tonight and i am so grateful that she knows Atkins (she used to be on it) I don't have to worry!

                Hi everybody. Weather here is wonderful also. We woke up to 60's and the high will be upper 70's. What a change from yesterday when I was on the way home the temperature sign on the freeway said 103. I love this time of year when it gets cooler. I just get a burst of creative energy.

                Doing well today. Had Atkins shake and a Diet Rite Soda on the run this morning because I wanted to actually be on time for work at least once this week. haha For morning break had 2 ounces of summer sausage and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese. For lunch I just had tuna with mayo, and one hardboiled egg cut up and all mixed together, and a pickle. Also have had 40 oz of water so far and about to start on the next 20 and hope to get in 2 more before I leave work. Also hitting the bathroom lots today so maybe will lose another pound or two this week. Not sure what is for dinner but I need to get in some veggies tonight for sure. I have chicken, fish and hamburger thawed out so one of those with a nice salad sounds good.

                  Hi everyone!

                  THings are good here - it's cold out though, and it rained all last night. The first rain shower I can remember in a good long time. Today it's beautiful though, if a bit chilly!

                  I'm retaining water like crazy for no reason, I feel like I'm going to float away if I drink any more water though!

                  I'm in good strong ketosis by the smells of it (hee!), so that's good news!
