Where are you moving? I posted a post to you in the STAC forum. Moves are evil, so it's good you're starting to get back into the groove NOW!

    Welcome back!

Welcome back!!!! Glad you joined us!!!!! I know what you mean about not having any "nicer" clothes in your size... All mine were too small the last time I moved and now they are all too big where I had to buy more.... I WILL fit into the smaller ones again and soon enough they will be too big for me!
Caution I BITE! clicky clicky..its tricky rikki!

Thank you all for your welcoming messages. This time it WILL work. I even tried Pork Rinds lastnight in place of my typical 7pm bag of microwave popcorn! No induction flu as of yet! I'm very very positive about this step. Just got off the Weight Watchers plan because I felt starved....yogurt does not fill me up! I ADMIRE ALL YOUR SUCCESS!!

Did any of you fully give up coffee??????

              Re: I'm Back, AGAIN

Weight Watchers killed me. 3 months and I only lost 25 pounds, and I was so hungry all the time, I could have molested the Little Debbie man.

Caffeine is good to nix for several reasons:

              1) It stalls more than a few people
              2) The caffeine causes blood sugar spikes which can set off crvaings and feelings of over-tiredness
              3) Caffeine is a diuretic, something we don't need on Atkins.
              4) It's not purely 0-carbs, and it is processed, which isn't as healthy for the body as water.

Those are a few reasons off the top of my little noggin that I can think of for giving up the caffeine.

Ultimately, it's really something that could hamper your success on this way of eating... and when you're putting so much effort into it, do you really want to hinder that?
