This is my 3rd attempt in the last 11 months. I always find a reason to change course, usually because I get sick of eating meat or I feel too deprived from lacking breads and sugar. Oh believe me, there's noo DOUBT that I'm a carb addict who's got to change her ways. Things I've noticed and can no longer tolerate:
*Getting up front the couch is harder
*Attempting Weight Watchers and feeling starved
*Only having 5-10 pieces of clothes that fit
We recently got military orders and moving south in a few months!! Although I'm excited, I've got major weight issues and need to drop pounds fast! I have begun sending resumes out, etc... and my interview suit doesn't fit!!! I'll be checking in daily....
