    So far, here's what I have eaten for the day. I will update this food list throughout the day.

    Breakfast (4 carbs)
    17oz water
    4 sausage patties
    3 eggs

    Snack (3 carbs)
    17oz water
    3 thick pepperoni slices
    3 cubes of mozz cheese

    Lunch (2 carbs)
    17oz water
    2 large leaves of lettuce
    6 deli slices of turkey
    1 tablespoon of real mayo

    Dinner (3 carbs)
    17oz water
    2 large leaves of lettuce
    6 deli slices of turkey
    1 tablespoon of real mayo
    1 slice of american cheese

      I don't have anything creative for dinner planned for tonite. I am probably going to thaw some hamburger and either fry it up with taco seasoning or just make boring hamburgers w/o the buns, of course. I am going to hop over to the recipe section and hopefully find something more interesting for tomorrow nite.

        I had hamburger and salad last night (with cheese). It was surprisingly good. Hope you enjoy it.

        I had a tomato and onion (small portion of each) omelette for dinner. Pretty boring but nice.

          Hi Matt! : ) With that plain ole hamburger meat, sautee' some onions and mushrooms and put on top of the patties. Melt some mozerella cheese on top. Yummy!

            Sounds like you are off to a good start, Matt!

            Dont forget to eat all your veggies - 2 cups off the 2-cup list plus one off the 1-cup list or an extra 2-cup veg, and have some at each meal/snack to spread your insulin spikes and keep your blood sugars stable.

              You are doing well matt- I agree more veggies.... but I am a veg-a-holic!!!! Great before and durings by the way!!!! Keep it up!

                Just updated with what I had for dinner last night. I had some stomach cramps so I called it an early nite. I'm going to go make my food for the day right now.
