Just wanted to say hi. I am new to this board.I started Atkins in July 2003 at 165 lbs-lost 30 lbs.
Started trying for baby#2, which I had in Jan 2005. I got up to 159 at my highest preggo weight which I didn't think was to bad. But, since the baby, I have had the hardest time getting back on Atkins. I need someone to kick my butt into gear! LOL! No, the first time it was alot easier because my dh also decided to do Atkins with me, but when I went off atkins, so did he, and he doesn't want to go back.
Well, so far today this is how I have done, be kind:
Breakfast:
2 Hardboiled eggs
water and more water
Lunch:
Can of tuna mixed with mayo and mustard
1 cup of lettuce with 4 sliced mushrooms
water and more water
Not sure what I am having tonight yet, this is usually when I cave. Everyone send me some "stay away carb" vibes for tonight , I will need them.
