    Good Morning!!

    After a good nights sleep.... well at least until waking up early this morning at the ripe old hour of 3:30 I am feeling rested and ready to go again. This weekend really wiped me out. Havent been able to exercise in almost a week and will be back at it today. Ive had some apple slices and how sweet they taste now. Part of my job this weekend was to run a food booth and even though I was around the food all day I didnt get enough to eat. I managed to swipe a few sausage links at the pancake breakfast but never had a burger later in the day when we swapped over to lunch fare. By the time I got home, all I could muster was some chicken strips and head to bed.

    Ive rambled long enough! Since Im up so darned early I guess Ill accomplish something productive before I have to get ready for work.

    You are up early!

    Just realised I haven't had breakfast yet... will go and get some bacon in a minute.

    Probably salad for lunch and soup for dinner or vice versa. One of my friends is visiting with her baby at lunch time so that will be nice.

      Mmmmm bacon sounds good. I dont have it often but now that you mention it........ I think its time I bought some and had it again!

      On my way out the door to work with bacon on my mind this morning! lol

        Good Morning All Boot Camp is keeping me very busy, but wanted to stop in and say Hi Everything is going well....except I'm still not sleeping well. In spite of that, I'm feeling great!

        Terry....sounds like your event went very well...hope you raised lots of $$$.

          Hello everyone,
          A busy day ahead of me at work today! I had bacon and eggs for breakfast, and will have a nice salad for lunch. I've also got some sunflower seeds for a snack since I'll be working late tonight. Did my 30 obligatory minutes of exercise this morning, so I'm feeling good.

              Hope you got some bacon Terry! I had a BLT with cheese and without the bread and it was delicious!
              Missed lunch (I know - bad, bad girl) had an ounce of cheese as I ran out the door.
              Dinner will be cauliflower bisque soup - yummmmy - off to make it now.

                Howdy everyone Good to see everyone doing well!

                I'm slacking bigtime in the water department as well as the breakfast department. I wake up with the best of breakfast intentions lately - even have everything prepped and planned out - and then somehow the morning meal slips right past me.

                I just polished off a boca burger and it was good!

                Other than that, I'm being a pretty good girl. I've upped my carb intake quite a bit and so far I'm doing really well with it. Switching up my exercise routines too right now, so lotsa changes going on. We'll see how they all pan out.
