  • Hello you all!!!

I am back after evacuating from Houston and getting off track for the last 2 weeks. I have gained 15 lbs in that short amount of time. I can feel the fat on the hips. I truly am grateful for atkins and what to do this and make it my new way of life to feel as good as I did 30 lbs ago. I am back on track and missed yall when I was out. Hope you all have a great day!!!

Thank you all so much! I would have been better off staying home but no one knew what Rita was going to do. All I can say is cheating does suck and I am so glad to be back and I feel better already!!! You guys are looking so good!!

Welcome back. Evacuating can be so stressful. I live in Florida and sometimes it just isn't worth it especially when they won't let you go back home! How was your home?

                      Re: Hello you all!!!

My house was fine- It was worse where we went (Marshall,TX) there was no electricity and it was raining pretty bad. Wish I would have stayed home! But I guess it is better to be safe than sorry right. I couldn't imagine the stress living in Florida. Well gotta get back to this excitement at the accounting office...lol

                        Re: Hello you all!!!

Well, I live in Orlando which isn't too bad. Last year was very tough with Charles, Frances and Jeanne. This year we haven't gotten anything! Well, I guess we are getting some rain from TS Tammy right now. Ha. I grew up on the Gulf Coast of FL thought and Orlando is a lot better than that. I don't think I will ever evacuate again!

You should be back in the swing of things in no time!
