    Good morning STAC buddies

    Hope you are well.

    I am about to make myself a BLT with cheese and w/o bread for brekkie. Lunch will be cauliflower bisque and dinner chicken and mushroom with cream cheese - yummmy!

    Am missing the gym today as am waiting for a delivery from DHL. I have ordered one of those steam generator irons that are meant to be brilliant. I can't believe I am so looking forward to getting an iron! So my afternoon will be filled with ironing... and other housework.

    My husband is coming back from his business trip tomorrow - I can't wait to see him He is really missing our baby daughter and I so he can't wait either.

    DD still has a bad cough so I'm taking her to the doctors on Friday. She seems much better now though thankfully.

    Good Morning Zara!

    Im off for work. Its that time of year when I leave in the dark of morning and its pretty chilly out but my kitchen is hot all day long when the sun comes up. The leaves are beginning to change here as well. I love the fall.............. not all that fond of winter but fall is a great time around here.

      Good Morning all

      It's a beautiful day here and is actually going to be quite warm...it has been for the past few days. Guess it's Indian Summer...fine with me as I'm not fond of the cold winter.

      Terry...I agree about getting up when it's pitch black...makes it harder to get moving.

      I'm home from work today so I'll be making Flax Pancakes for breakfast...need time to do those. Since it makes two servings I'll have them for tomorrow too...that'll save time in the morning.

        Morning all. I am having a good morning, after exercising yesterday I found another lb gone this morning! Yeay! I am almost 1/2 way to goal... I am already downing my water and breakfast will be egg mock muffins(I premade them a couple of days ago). Lunch will probably be leftover turkey, and dinner will be arby's food, probably beef with melted swiss lettuce and tomato. Who knows. I have to work there tonight. It is the only day I am working there though thank goodness!!! OK- gotta run. Long day ahead of me I won't be home till after 11pm. Have a great day everyone!!!

          Good morning! Your food for the day sounds wonderful!! I am new here, I hope your little girl get better quick, and have fun when your husband gets home tomorrow!!

          It is a cold day here about 57 and only supposed to get in the 60's. It was very hard to get up this morning with it being dark I agree with you all. Yet I love fall!!

            Good morning everyone. This is supposed to be our last summer-like day. Then the cold front moves in tonight and we'll see a 20 degree drop. Such is Autumn in Chicago! It'll last about three weeks and then winter sets in!
            For breakfast I had bacon and eggs with cheese and mandatory coffee. For lunch I'm having tuna salad on flax crackers and for dinner a frozen chilli relleno which claims to have 8 net carbs. Drinking my water, and yes, managed to get up in the dark and do my half hour on the exercise bike. I'm up a pound this morning too, but I'm not going to worry about little day-to-day fluxuations too much. Hang in there everybody!
            And yes, I will avoid the office pizza party today. I will, I will, I will!!!!!

              Yes, Goddess you will avoid the pizza party. It might would be fun for a few minutes but think how crummy you would feel all afternoon. Check back in the afternoon and tell us how good you feel!

              rung 7 - other fruits
              rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
              rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
              Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
