    Good Morning!

    Another foggy one here today. Thicker than pea soup.

    Where are you Zara? Hope you are having a good day!

    Im doing my best to fight off a cold that just wants to hang in my ears and throat. Absolutely parched, I cant drink enough.

    Knick, how is the strep? Meds kicked in by now I hope?

    Time to head for work.....

    Good Morning Foggy here too...3 days in a row and it will be warm and muggy again today...is this October??

    I have an all day meeting/forum today...from 8:30am until around 5 pm. It's at a location outside of my regular building. Lunchbreak is at 12:30 and they have a cafeteria where i can purchase lunch. Hopefully there will be some decent choices for me. It's unfortunate I can't bring my own food but there is no place to store it. I'm sure I can be "creative"

      I am here! Hubby came home this morning. Nice to see him - seemed like much longer than a week especially with little one being ill.

      Chilling out today with the family.

        Hello everyone! Checking in kinda late, but better late than never!

        I posted another flax muffin recipe on the Never-Ending Recipe Thread stickied at the top. It is not sweet and has rosemary and parmesan cheese in it, so it is more like an herb bread. Just one of my experiments that turned out good and I thought I would share.
