    Hello all!

    It's 1pm here and I've just got back from the gym. Will have a quick shower and then have lunch (cheese and spring onion salad - yummm).

    Will probably go for a walk with bubba this afternoon as I need to buy some butter etc. I am going to make broccoli and stilton soup for dinner - it is not a special low carb recipe - just one I saw on telly that happens to be low carb. I'll let you know what it's like.

    Things are fine here in Denver. I think I'm going to have to lay off the alfredo sauce for awhile. It gave me major cravings, along with pms. I just crawled into bed and read last night, so at least I didn't eat. That's something anyway.
