Okay Stacers,
I am a little baffled, going into 4th week. I lost 10 the first two weeks and only one since. Still in extended induction. I have even added some excercise in the form of tennis, and started some cardio. Can anyone explain the stall and how to kick it back into gear again? I Have noticed big difference in clothes just not on the scale. Is this normal....am I being to impatient? Still have grace for the extended induction, just like to see more results on the scale.
