Chicken breast baked till nearly done then covered with a slice of bacon and some cheese and baked till cooked.
Courgettes(zucchini) or Aubergines(Eggplants) sliced and layered with browned ground beef and cheese and baked.
'Wooshie pie' - ground beef pressed into a dish, covered with a mixture of cream cheese/mustard/horseradish/chives or chopped spring onions (green onions) then topped with a lid of more ground peef and sealed round the edges and baked in the oven.
I like the last two especially because they take only a few minutes to prepare, can be prepared in advance and put in the fridge then popped into the oven an hour or so before needed.
