The past week or so, as some of you know, has been ****! I've had to deal with school stress, relationship stress, getting into a car accident and totaling my car, I'm STILL looking for a new car at a fair price and STILL waiting for my insurance money from my old one, TOM occured this week, and now..I have to find a new place to live within the next few months. I have not eaten anything off plan, per se, but I did have a few Diet Cokes, a few coffees, and a few sugar free reese's peanut butter cups this week. I also did absolutely no exercise because I was sore for many days, and depressed for the remainder of them. I am disappointed in myself, as I believe there really are no excuses to deviate from this woe (except in tragedies like Katrina, maybe), but I'm also proud of myself because I know it could have been MUCH more disasterous. I'm a big stress-pigger-outer. Anyway, my weigh in was today and I lost 2 more lbs! It probably could have been 4, had I not had any sf candy, diet coke, or coffee, but I'll take it!
