Good morning all
Still feeling a bit under the weather but hey ho! Took my daughter to the docs to get some antibiotic medicine as she now has a cough like a 30 a day smoker
I woke up when hubby got up this morning and lay in the dark listening to the pouring rain. It was hitting the roof of my husband's jeep (soft top roof) which sounded fab! I do love listening to the rain when I am snuggled up in bed! Anyway, I have been battling with myself as to whether I would allow myself to either switch to maintenance, have a week off or stick to plan on holiday..... this morning, I asked myself what exactly it is that I would want to have..... I will definitely not touch beer or bread again as they are my trigger foods and the only things I could think of was pizza and pasta.... I was surprised by this - I wouldn't want any sweet foods just those two foods. So I have decided to try and make a low carb pizza this week before I go to get it out of my system and will avoid any Italian restaurants. I really think I will be able to stick to plan... in fact, I think it will be easy and I will be so pleased with myself. YAY
So apart from my deep thinking this morning, I don't have much to report!
Just realised I haven't eaten anything today and it's lunch time now so am going to make my trusty BLT with cheese and tabasco (without bread).
