    well yesterday was a great start followed rules of induction went to the gym and did 1 hour on the treadmill....hopefully i can keep this positive attitude

    You can do it!!! Great job, doesn't it make you feel good?! One thing that I have found a MUST is accounting for all the food I eat on fitday.com. I forgot to yesterday so am headed back! Keep it up!!!!

      Great job. You're on the road to success. I restarted Atkins last week and yesterday starting exercising again during lunch in my job @ work. I felt great after exercising. Much more energized.

        thanks alot i cant believe how good i feel after 2 days. well i did atkins from 2/1/01 to 2/1/03 i went from 340 to 238.. here we are 3 years later at 330 again i just really let the ebtire lifestyle go but not this time im gonna work harder than ever and keep it off

            Hey Big Jay, How is today going for you? Join us on our cheat free week-end challenge. It makes a huge difference being committed to someone. You sure don't want to report Monday morning in a negative way!

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

                welcom back to Atkins. you can join our ADBB presidents challenge too if you want it is in the exercise challenge section of the board.

                Glad you found the strenght to get back to the healthier WOE you already know about.

                If you haven't seen it there are new rules now and rule 5 now says nothing not on the lists can be eatten during induction! No more picking your won 20 net carbs from a carb counter and having nuts and fruit on induction.
