    I'm on day 9 of being back on Atkins. Yesterday TOM decided to pay me a visit. I got on the scale this morning i'm up. I know that's expected, but it's just such a drag! A blow to the ego to see the weight up. I know, I know. I'm gonna stop weighing myself during my period. I've done good though up to this point.
    Restarted Atkins 5/1/06
    Starting Weight 224
    Current Weight 214.0
    Goal Weight 140 lbs.

    It is so annoying being female sometimes! Stay off those scales until a couple of days after TOM has finished if you can.

      If you do weigh in, a tip that works for me is to just mark your weight on ONE day each week, or ONE day each month.

      While the weight varies so much from day to day (it can vary up to 8!!!), in a year, you'll only need to see those regular, less common numbers, and not all the little fluctuations thereof!
