okay i've been on a roll for so long...no bumps in the road at all. and this past week-i want to eat everything!! all of a sudden out of nowhere these cravings are consuming me! and i'm not going to lie-i haven't been 100% clean. A little taste here and there.
all i can think about is the food i CAN'T eat. ahh. what's the deal?! someone knock some sense into me!!

Try L-Carnitine and vitamin B-6, along with some chrmoium picolinate. Those help elevate mood and stop cravings. Also, so long as you know you are experiencing cravings look to what the culprits might be in your diet. Broccoli makes me crave starches. Just an example. some foods you are very sensisitive to need to be -re-evaluated.

Just came to support you!! Cleo had the answer. You can do it, turn your back on those cravings. Are there Atkins friendly versions of your cravings? Such as the low carb yummy recipes for cookies or cheese cake?236.9/220/150

do a benefit cost analisys of what you want to eat.
make a list off al you gain by eating it a momentary taste of it, etc
make a list of what eating it is going to cost you like stopping ketosis, feeling like a loser ( not weight los loser) weight gain, induction flu again etc
then asign a vale to each line add them up and see which is higher if the costs out weigh the benefits you really really don't want it.
i know for me with bread it was actually the forbiddenes of it I stopped Induction after 100 pounds lost, moved but OWL to get bread, was given 6 loaves of low carb OWL legal bread in 2002, and 5.5 loaves are still in the frrezer almost 3 yrs later cause once it was legal i really didn't want it like I had thought I did when it was illegal.
figure out something legal you can have that will satisfy your wanting or use the distraction method drink a big glass of water and wait 20 min if you still want it drink another and weight 20 min soon the thought of having it are gone cause you are running to the potty.by the book atkinseer

Good advice there.
I agree with 2big - if I really crave something, I think about just how long in minutes it would take to eat it and enjoy it followed by how long in hours it would take to get over the disappointment in myself for eating it IYSWIM.
You can do it.
