  • Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

I am in need of a cheat free weekend challenge. Anyone with me?

Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be cheat free for me.

    Including "legal cheat" free.

I will also get in my 100 oz minimum of water to help flush out all the extra, **although legal** but extra none the less ...... carbs that I have indulged in this week getting thru TOM.

    I'm with you, sure!

What do the winners get? I'm all about the great prizes. Where's Finelly? She always has prizes. At least that's what it looked like was in her closet in that paper sack waayyyyyy behind the magazines.

        Hey Cleo!

Oh no! You found the paper sac?

Did you find the big green trash bag? That is where the prizes are and I would hate to think you ruined a surprise.

I will bet you were one of those children who checked out your parents closets in December to find out what you were getting for Christmas weren't you?

Fin we gotta find a better hiding spot for those surprises........... The cats need to watch your closet a little better. I think Cleo must have gotten past them with some kitty treats this time.

It is 6AM on Friday and I have made it this far. So far so good. I am about to dry my hair and run out the door. I have a can of tyson chicken to mix up and munch for breakfast with my first quart of water to drink in the car on the way. Lunch is salad veggies with some cheese. Im wanting a cup of coffee but think Ill be bypassing that this morning. Busy day at work ............... Spaghetti dinner with all the trimmings for 100. Breakfast for 35 to start, blueberry muffins.

Ok.... Better get the hair dryer out before this spritz dries it first.

                I'm doing well! No problems.

Well, save for finding the fuzzy handcuffs that I thought were the first prize. Does anyone know where the key is?

Count me in too!!! I've been doing well, but those "legal" cheats do pile up and that's not good. Not too bad on that lately as I'm finally sleeping better...this week at least.

My computer is down at home due to the horrible rain and wind we've been having so I don't know if I'll be able to post until Monday at work. 8 straight days of this garbage. If it ever drys out, maybe my computer will come back up

                      Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

I know I can do it. I've been cheat free for almost 3 weeks! I'm doing the KISS only stricter and taking all the supplements. I haven't lost much but I'm feeling better and my bloated tummy has gone down. I'm doing this for a total of 6 weeks.

I'll be cheat free and I have a 100 oz mug at home that I take everywhere on the weekends!

                      I want prizes!!!

                        Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

Well its 430 P and Im doing OK... Need to get in another 40 oz but will do that no problem. Im hungry so letting myself eat. High fat keeps the cravings at bay.

Legal cheats or not its up to you. I can over indulge with Fins cheesecake pudding or plain old cream cheese for that matter and have been with TOM all week long. Cheat free to me for the weekend is to remain completely on program for the level you are currently at.

My commitment was to be under 20 carbs, legally to induction.

Saturday AM and Im on a slow start to my day.

Yet more rain here and after more than a week of it, it begins to make one sleepy. Will do an inside walk today. Drink my water and have some really nice meals with a few snacks sprinkled in for good measure.

May even rent a movie. I cant remember the last time I went to the video store so should have no problem finding something good. We have had some really busy weekends around here lately so this will be nice.

How is everyone doing so far? Reaching your cheat free goals?

I'm on day three of induction and I feel fantastic! I can tell I'm back in ketosis and I'm not feeling ookie anymore.

For me, the first day back on induction is always the hardest. Day 2 has that potential depending... I'm always glad to hit day 3.

I'm glad you're hanging in there, Terry! Way to go!
