        Come on over Cleo

Hubby has fallen asleep on the couch and I could use the company!

Spending commercial breaks surfing for schools my kids are interested in for next fall. Ill never sleep tonight after all the information I have crammed in. Not to mention the financial end of it.

I could use someone to get my mind of the horror of it all! Having both graduate and looking in to higher education at the same time.

            Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

I think I told you about going to my brother-in-laws birthday bonfire. Well I had 2 pieces of chicken and I brought my own pop.

I passed up the cake, pie, chips, cocoa, marshmellows and smores!! I was watching them all eating and I got to a point it was kind of funny. One brother in law had about 5 pieces of cake!! They were just eating machines! Everytime they came up form the bon fire or shooting they would eat again!!

I passed up all weekend. I did have one helping of sugar-free jello when I got home because it hit me what I had passed up. Yet I made it and I feel much better than if I would be here now starting over. It is day 11 for me I think now! I have lost 8 lbs so far.

My daughter who is 7 tells me every day, "mommy you look different, skinnier". My 11 year old son told me my butt loocked skinnier! Kids!

Great job, I would have also loved to watch a movie this weekend with you guys!!

                Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

I did okay, mostly because I was sick. I haven't had an appetite (not that I usually am hungry), so I had a lot of broth this weekend. A bit on the salty side, but other than that, I did okay. I also ate mushy eggs (sore throat). I MAY have had a cheat, it was Carb Smart Fudge Bar. It felt really good going down.

                Thanks for the challenge, Terry!

                Have a great week all!!

                  Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

Computer finally came alive after about 5 days....did pretty good with the challenge...stayed away from the Pork Rinds (sodium) and kept cheese to a bare minimum. I might have overdid the HB Egg w/ Mayo as a snack...but that's about it.

Overall...feeling pretty good as I start the week.

                    Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

                    I sucked

Due to RIDICULOUS CIRCUMSTANCES involving a bad tire I didn't eat from 5PM Friday until 5 PM on Saturday. I certainly didn't get my water in like I wanted to, and I actually reverted to a Diet Pepsi (NOT COKE THOUGH!) to keep myself from ralphing in the tire store.

BY the time I ate Saturday night, I felt really crappy. I had 2 small chix breasts.

I went to a party that night and stuck to cheese and pepperoni. I ate too much cheese, but I am not going to kick myself over it.

Then I went back to my house after the party and had a couple alcoholic beverages (diet rite + rum)

So I drank alot of water on SUnday. Hopefully I made up for my bad girls over cheesed/ over splenda'd/ slightly hungover weekend.

I am finishing my 80 ozs right now ar 12:52. I will get the gallon in today.

                      Re: Weekend Cheat Free Challenge

I can't say I cheated. I just didn't eat enough or drink enough water. Weekends are hard for me that way because we always seem to be so busy!

                      Does that constitute a cheat?

Cheat free for me unless you count the water thing. I don't get enough water either.
