You say that like it's a bad thing. LOL I usually have eggs. Scrambled with some veggies or some cheese or plain or an omelet. I also make crustless quiche and keep cut up pieces in the freezer for days I just want to grab and go. But what do you want to eat? You can eat anything for breakfast. Leftover dinner, tuna salad, sardines - if it appeals to you and it's induction friendly then go for it.

I have the Flaxmeal Pancakes for a nice change. Pour a little DaVinci SF Caramel Syrup over them and they are delicious.

I like a BLT without bread and with cheese. Takes only a few minutes to make and is delicious and contains no eggs!

I know you can get tired of eggs every day, but that is what I usually eat, too. I try them every which way. Scrambled with southwestern veggies and salsa, ham and cheese omelet, deviled eggs on the go, etc... Throw in your bacon or sausage and you are set. I do get sick of eggs sometimes, though...

I know what you mean about eggs but here is one with an egg in it but it is so good. I just posted this in another section. They are really good and worth a try:

Spray 6 muffin tins with pam. Heat oven 350C.
Take 6 slices of bacon and nuke for 1-2 mins.
Take bacon out of microwave and wrap around inside of muffin tin. Take pork sausage (out of casing) and pat down on bottom of muffin tin. Only a thin layer.(I use 3-4 sausages for 6 muffin tins) Then take 6 eggs and break them individually into muffin tins on top of sausage and inside bacon.
Bake for 30 mins. Very Yummy!!

Also, I don't believe in there being such a think as "traditional" breakfast food. Food is food, if you want to eat pizza for breakfast (low carb, of course! lol), then pizza it is! Try some turkey or roast beef rolled up in lettuce and eat it with a cheese stick, or leftovers from the night before or eat something you would normally eat for dinner, for breakfst instead. Also, if you go to the main forum page and scroll down to Low Carb Menus, you will find "stickys" at the top of the page that have great recipe ideas, including brown bagging for work!

Try having some sausage w/grilled mushrooms. You can make your own sausage out of ground pork if you wish. You could also put your favorite pizza toppings at the bottom of a casserole dish (Layers from bottom to top: thin layer of tomato sauce, cheese then toppings) and bake until desired doneness (10-15mins). Most mornings I make scrambled eggs and either put hot sauce or salt and pepper on them. Hard boiling them and keeping them on hand is a good idea, and making deviled eggs out of them is an even better idea. You can serve them with your sausage if you wish. Another fairly low carb treat I do when I'm looking for something like cheesecake is take a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese (about 1-2gcarbs) and mixing in a splash of vanilla and a smidge of splenda and ONE strawberry sliced. Ends up being only 3-4g net carbs - up to you to measure it out.
