  • I'm Alive And I Have Missed You Guys!

    OMG, what a weird 10 days!

    I've been attacked by some weird virus and although I could GET to this website and SEE the posts, I was like a ghost, and could not post!!!!!!! I couldn't access my private messages, or do ANYTHING. Which sucked, because I was doing boot camp!!!!

    It was so eerie. I was signed in, the screen said "welcome, Finelly", but I was not able to do anything at all except read what you guys have been writing!

    I finally sent my computer for a thorough workup and I HOPE that everything is ok now. Keep your fingers crossed.

    Anyway, all is well. I have to go take my daughter to get her hair cut, but I'll post again tonight. The big news is:

    After staying at 200 for god knows how long, I'm down to 192!!!!!!!!!!!! I just bought a pair of size 10 jeans (stretch) and I fit easily into a 12. I feel great, except for a little cold that's been going around school.

    Love you guys SO much and it was TORTURE not being able to respond!

    Kisses to Terry and Cleo. Though I put garlic in my omelette this morning..........ew!

                          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                          what the rungs mean to me:
                          rung 1 - more veggies
                          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                          rung 4 - berries, melon
                          rung 5 - wine -
                          rung 6 - beans, hummus
                          rung 7 - other fruits
                          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                          (on to pre-maintenance)
